From the very first phone call to the last minute in the chair, Jeannine was professional and knowledgeable making me feel very comfortable about a permanent change to my brows. She took her time in drawing things out with precise measurements to ensure evenness and symmetry. I felt comfortable making changes and never felt rushed in this most important step in the process. She explained the color matching, helping me chose the correct shade to match my skin type and current hair color. I shared my concerns with age and those pesky gray hairs in my brows and the way they may pop after shading. She explained how to easily color my grays after the healing process. The tattoo process was a bit uncomfortable at first but she took the time to find the numbing cream that worked best for me. After applying a different cream, I barely felt a thing. Jennine made me feel cared for with attention to my individual needs, she calmed my fears, and prepared me for healing with all the soaps, creams, and instructions for healthy healing and a beautiful result! All of my friends are impressed and I have passed out several business cards so pick up a few extra while you are there because you earn credit toward your next appointment with each referral you send her way. I just want to say that I love, love, love my powder brows from Jeanine!!! I have had micro blading done several times in the past and I still found myself having to use an eyebrow pencil on them after they healed as they were too light, or parts of them did not take the color, or they were too thin. Jeanine took the time to listen to what I wanted and also told me I was never a candidate for micro blading due to having more mature and oilier skin and told me powder brows would work better for me.. I have had the initial and the follow up visits and can honestly say they look better than ever! She did both a color and shape correction on me, and I couldn’t be happier!
