Called them when they opened this morning and they answered right away, were able to get me scheduled to be seen within the hour. My nurse was very caring and attentive. Their pricing is very reasonable and the massage chair made the experi nice even betttr! I will definitely be back.

I really want to give it more and I typically never write reviews especially bad ones. My first experience here was amazing. I booked through my credits on class pass. The zero gravity chair was honestly my main reason for booking again (aside from the nurse,mark, who was great!). I was not told that the zero gravity chair is only a first -timers or extra add on thing. Nowhere in their advertising or at least on class pass does it say that. The only reason I booked here again was for the chair to be honest. It’s the only thing that sets them apart from other iv places . Had I known I wouldn’t be able to use it I wouldn’t have booked here today or used up my class pass credits (which are expensive btw). It’s 6pm- there’s no other clients- from a customer service perspective I don’t understand why not let someone use the chair whose sole reason for booking was that. They came back to tell me I could sit in it for 20$ extra half way through my IV. If I was initially told 20$ extra before my IV was started then yes that would be fine: but halfway through my iv? No. It’s just not good customer service. Ive worked at IV places before, i’m a nurse as well and have two jobs. I’m tired and burnt out and today was a horrible day and i JUST wanted the damn chair to relax in while I got an IV. I was looking forward to it ALL day 😭😭 in the grand scheme of things it’s not a big deal but just put a bad taste in my mouth. Already was stuck twice (they never have to stick me twice). Anyways sorry if this isn’t a valid crash out to you.

Such an informative and relaxing experience I went in due to dehydration and food poisoning and within an hour I was already feeling so much relief and next day I was sharper than ever mentally. Highly recommend this as I wouldn’t have made it this week without. Nurse was super helpful very kind and explained what everything was beginning to end.

Mark is amazing! He is able to insert the needle with no pain! Then he applied a warm compress so that you dont even feel the needle of the IV. He is so good! I will request him ever time going forward. IV really helps you with dehydration especially for people who exercise on a routine basis. Thanks so much Mark!!!!

It’s a good facility and ambience. Mark was courteous. At first they explained everything including membership prices etc. I signed up for a 6 month membership. On the fourth visit I was quoted the non-member prices for some additives I wanted to get. When enquired the staff said I was charged the non-member price even the previous instances which was shocking to me. When I requested to get it clarified with her Manager she went inside saying she would call her Manager. A good 10 mins later came out and said the manager confirmed I dot get the member price. When I asked why she couldn’t call in front of me she said the manager was on a flight and would talk later. But I heard her ask her manager the price. It she lied saying she texted. Now they say their system can’t refund and only the owner has to do it
