Tom makes sure he stays in contact for scheduling and runs everything on time. No workers show up late or make me change my plans. Work was done faster than I thought and I didn't need to request any corrections. Done once, done right and a very fair price in my opinion. Also his guys left everything clean and spotless when they were done.
