Park Avenue Imprints has been my go to place for projects for more than 15 years. Pricing cannot be beat and their knowledge of products makes the process so easy from simple one color t-shirt prints all the way up to custom embroidered fleeces. Sandy and her team are awesome to work with.

Where do I start? Wow,what a disaster of a company. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Been strung on for days after coming in for a quote for printing shirts. Was told multiple different things that were wrong come to find out from their only employee who seemed as if my business was the last thing that mattered. After texting with her I told her multi times to call me as things didn’t add up and I never got a quote yet. She couldn’t even give me a quote after 3/4 days. Instead said I gave u the quote which was me adding everything up myself (which was still not correct as she gave me all the wrong info) she also said everything would be ready in about 2 weeks.. then on text says 3/4 weeks. I asked multiple times for a quote which never happened, even told me I pay for the shirts and printing was free which seemed very odd. The one day she said she was too busy outside seeing bills gear and she couldn’t help me with any of my questions that day. Said she would get a hold of me Monday, then that became Tuesday. So I figured since she didn’t call me to go over everything I’d just go talk in person AGAIN or hope to have the boss be there to get better service. Knowing I shoulda just walked away there I figured one more shot since she was pretty busy and giving the benefit of the doubt. Boy was I wrong. Owner said let’s start over and forget that happened (didn’t seem to care, not even sure if I got a sorry) so he then gave me a legit quote, something the employee couldn’t, I decided ya sure I’ll do it. I gave him more then half down ($400) and thought I’d be getting my clothes in about a few weeks as said. So he gives me my rendering which wasn’t what we talked about. All I said was let’s make the colors how we said and asked if had any diff color green as I looked dirty. I showed him my other shirts from previous maker,He then asked why I didn’t go with them and they looked good. I told him when the sun beat on the back it made it really hot and my friend made them for really cheap and I like the hoodies they were selling. Not sure what went wrong or what I did but I was never nasty or made a big thing about what happened to me from my previous experience but he then says “if u want I can give u money back and go our own way” Idk if he felt like they didn’t go good work or if I was gonna do something if wasn’t happy which was the weirdest thing ever. So I said if that’s what u want? And said why? He said call it a gut feeling. Super weird and unprofessional and after all of this happening you’re gonna screw me and make me come back 3 different times and string me along and waste my time.. what a weird way of doing business. Total incompetence of running a business. I was in shock of everything that happened and it’s really sad how I was treated. Even when I was first told I’d get a quote in 30 mins after I left the very first day turned into hours and hours, then just more unanswered questions of telling me the wrong thing. Was even told she couldn’t do my order unless I did 24 and she said I know u don’t want to do that. If I just said ok bye with out asking questions then I woulda never even been in this spot. But instead of telling me the reason she just basically said they couldn’t do it so I had to ask the questions and said what u mean? She thought I said something which I didn’t and she was wrong again.. I know this is very long but I went thru a lot and I would straight up avoid this place and go somewhere else.

They do great work, are easy to work with, and have good pricing. I will definitely work with then again!
