I have always wanted my eyebrows tattooing but it look me ages to gain the courage, i was nervous about once they were on, that was it! I am literally so glad however that i took the plunge with Kelly. She is one of those people that makes you feel instantly comfortable and i felt like I'd known her for ages, all the while remaining professional and passionate for her work. The treatment room was spacious and smelt gorgeous which added to the comfort and i never once felt rushed or that i was 'being a pain'. Kelly not only ensures that the customer is happy, but that she is happy too (she is the professional after all!) and i am far beyond happy with the finished results! I’m not usually a girly sort of girl but wanted to treat myself and get my brows done as I don’t usually do that kind of stuff. I was absolutely terrified as I’m not good with pain at all. I messaged Kelly and told her exactly what I wanted, which was a more natural looking brow and explained my fears. Kelly offered her advise re pain and listened to what I wanted as an end result. She was patient and understanding and I felt totally at ease with her. Following Kellys advise during the procedure I barely felt a thing and I am made up with the end result.
