I had a great experience. Initially, the insurance company moved drastically slow. Kyle was a great customer advocate and worked to get them to show with the adjuster. Ultimately, the claim was approved. Within the week the roof supplies arrived. The installers showed up first thing in the morning, as they promised. The work was done same day. The next day Kyle came to inspect their work. I was very happy overall with the entire process.

Updated review 1/15/26: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Got a call from Bailey after reading my review and he said he will get people out here to fix remaining repairs at no cost to us. Like he said, they came out here and finished the work before midday. Great service and I appreciate management for making amends.Review from 12/2025: ⭐️⭐️I would give them 1 stars if I could but I felt bad for the actual workers that replaced our roof. The issue is with management. They promise to do all these things and point out so much to the insurance inspector just to do the bare minimum job and not respond to calls or texts after. The contractor who was responsible for handling our case left the company right after he got us to sign documents. Then his manager, Bailey, came and promised all these replacements and pretended to care about the job just to collect the full insurance check from us and not return the amount owed to us for a full month when they said they would send a refund check the next day. Whenever we called they would lie and say they sent it in the mail or they’re going to drop it off the next day. They never replaced our gutter guards or the gaps between the roof and wall that were causing leakage in our walls in the first place. Had to get the owner of the company involved and threaten to sue just to get our check back and STILL did not get anyone to fix the gaps as promised. The company is more concerned with their “multimillion dollar projects” than any other paying customers. If they handle paying customers like this, I can’t even imagine how they treat their workers. We fully regret working with this company and do not recommend it to others.

The crew just finished my garage roof and they did an awesome job. They were very friendly and worked well together.When they were done they made sure everything was cleaned up and taken away. Let me also add they were here before daylight and ready to get started.My salesman Bailey was so friendly and very professional and willing to help get my roof replaced. He went above and beyond to work all the details out with the Insurance adjuster.I will definitely use them again if needed.Thank You Bailey for all your help!Your company has definitely got a good and caring man in Bailey!!
