We just finished a kitchen remodel with Total Development LLC and are really happy with how everything turned out.We talked to several contractors before starting the project, and one thing that stood out was how clear and detailed their estimate was. We’ve been working with Total Developments since 2019. They remodeled our last home over several projects and completely updated the exterior of that house (roof, windows, siding, paint, and new deck).In 2025 we bought a 30 year old home in its original trim. They executed the transformation prior to our move in. We remodelled the kitchen, the bathrooms, floors, carpets, repainted, replaced the roof, and on and on. In short they helped us make it our home as they did in our previous house.
