If I could give more stars I would. I just happened to meet Patty as she was showing my neighbors house and I wanted to ask a few questions. I needed to sell my home quickly and after speaking with her, I found my realtor. When she came to meet with me and my sister she handed me a box with all the information including costs and a plan. Patty was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. Her plan fell into place with my needs. My family and I trusted her with making sure I was getting things done and if there was an issue, Patty had a solution. Patty never said "I" it was always "we" or "together". We found my new home and sold my old one at the same time. My family knew that Patty was going to take care of me and guide me in the right direction. Just had my closing recently and cannot express how grateful I am for Patty and BJ. They made my first time homeowner experience run so smoothly. For starters, Patty is very knowledgeable and attentive. I explained what I was looking for and she made sure to find homes that met those requirements. She was also quick to reach out if something came on the market that she thought would be of my interest. She was very flexible when it came to looking at places, either same day or next day depending on what worked better for me. I cannot emphasize how thankful I am. When it came time to close on my home, it all happened fairly quick. The whole process took less than 2 months. Closer to the closing date too, she emphasized if I had any concerns or needed any recommendations she was more than happy to help. I would definitely work with her again when the time is right.
