We had a phenomenal experience working with Patty! After dealing with two previous realtors who just didn't align with our goals, we connected with Patty at the perfect time. From day one, she really listened to our concerns and understood exactly what we needed in a home. She was incredibly patient, highly knowledgeable about the neighborhoods we were looking in, and knew exactly how to put together a strong offer. Patty is the best!!

Before finding Patty, we had a really frustrating experience with two other agents earlier this year. Both previous realtors were incredibly pushy and completely lacked an understanding of the Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, and Elk Grove market (burbs we were solely interested in).Patty was the exact opposite. She was extremely patient with us, aligned perfectly with our goals, and let us take the search at a pace we were actually comfortable with. She understands the market in this area incredibly well and knew exactly what we should, and shouldn't offer. I cannot recommend Patty enough. She truly is a master at her craft!

Patty and Natalia were very accessible to reach and always had an open line of communication. They were very informative and helpful if we had any questions as new homebuyers. We also appreciated the transparency when it came to looking for our home and the reality of homebuying. If we decide this house is not our forever home, then we'll certainly use their services again! Highly recommend them both!

If I could give more stars I would. I just happened to meet Patty as she was showing my neighbors house and I wanted to ask a few questions. I needed to sell my home quickly and after speaking with her, I found my realtor. When she came to meet with me and my sister she handed me a box with all the information including costs and a plan. Patty was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions and never made us feel like we were taking up too much of her time. Her plan fell into place with my needs. My family and I trusted her with making sure I was getting things done and if there was an issue, Patty had a solution. Patty never said "I" it was always "we" or "together". We found my new home and sold my old one at the same time. My family knew that Patty was going to take care of me and guide me in the right direction. I highly recommend using Patty Wojtach as your realtor, as you are always a priority

Just had my closing recently and cannot express how grateful I am for Patty and BJ. They made my first time homeowner experience run so smoothly. For starters, Patty is very knowledgeable and attentive. I explained what I was looking for and she made sure to find homes that met those requirements. She was also quick to reach out if something came on the market that she thought would be of my interest. She was very flexible when it came to looking at places, either same day or next day depending on what worked better for me. I cannot emphasize how thankful I am. When it came time to close on my home, it all happened fairly quick. The whole process took less than 2 months. Closer to the closing date too, she emphasized if I had any concerns or needed any recommendations she was more than happy to help. I would definitely work with her again when the time is right.
