So...Matt may do well at cleaning pools...but when it comes to following up with his customers, He sucks! I call him to look at my pool heater. He was Jonny on the spot getting one of his technicians to look at ot in 3 days. The technician gave me a diagnosis and said Matt would contact me the next day. Four days go by without a word...but he did send me an invoice for the diagnosis fee of $185. Another week past and still no communication or estimate to repair or replace my pool heater. Then he has the nerve to send me a late fee for the invoice I received 10 days ago....Stay away from this Clown if you need service. I should have read the reviews before I called!! Less

Matt came out because I had a chemical imbalance with my pool. This is the first home I've had with a pool and I am learning a lot. He came out and got the pool corrected and gave me a ton of useful info to keep it that way. He recommended some things to improve the pool and gave me some pricing options which were very fair. I called So Flow Pool Services in an absolute panic mid afternoon on a Saturday.I had let the vacuum line suck way too much air. The pump began to make a sick high pitch sound. I tried bleeding the air out but... no water came out.Matt was unable to come over right away but here is what he did do. He calmed me down and had me take pictures to send to him.With a lot of patience on his end, (I have no clue what pool parts are called, I am just house sitting) he slowly educated me on the pool parts I needed to focus on and how long to let the pump run with the bleeder valve open. It was longer than my gut said was okay but Matt was absolutely right. Everything is working fine.
