Can't recommend Personal Best enough! 6 months ago I would've said I don't have time for the gym, now I'm going 5 times a week and missing it when I'm not there. The coaches are incredible and it's the best wee community, where everyone supports and encourages each other. The classes and PT sessions are all brilliant and the results really speak for themselves.
