I was having problems with my Garage Door and called performance overhead door, spoke with on Thursday morning, and the lovely receptionist got right back to me and made an appointment for the owner of the company to come out to my residence that afternoon, he showed up on time after a quick assessment, gave me an estimate for the repairs and came back the next day on Friday and completed the job, quality of work was top-notch. Pricing was fantastic. I would highly recommend dealing with this local company versus one of the chains where you don’t get to speak to a real person that’s actually in the United States. The owner “George“ was very honorable and takes a lot of pride in the work that his company does

I requested a service and they booked me for an appointment in two weeks, with the time for the appointment TBA. They never called, and when I called them the day of the appointment to confirm the time, it was obvious that I was not even on the schedule - and asked me to move the appointment for two additional weeks. Find other company that cares for their costumers.
