I requested a service and they booked me for an appointment in two weeks, with the time for the appointment TBA. They never called, and when I called them the day of the appointment to confirm the time, it was obvious that I was not even on the schedule - and asked me to move the appointment for two additional weeks. Find other company that cares for their costumers.

Extremely happy with the job that was done.I’m so glad it worked out the way it did. I had inquired with multiple companies and this was by far the only company that came by and was serious about doing the job. The reason is because the job that was to be performed, cannot be Done by anybody, Most of these local Garage door companies can only perform the easiest of installs that are cookie cutter. If you need something done right the first time for a great price give these guys a call I cannot Believe it came out these doors perform better than they did before, and the install was clean, looks and performs great. POHD refreshed 4 doors for me, new high rise tracks and new openers, work was completed on time and as quoted, upon completion we had a a strange issue with 2 openers occur. George the owner made 3 trips back, two of the trips after hrs. He resolved the issues and stood behind the install. I Would recommend his services.
