I booked a few weeks in advance, and a few days before my appointment they reached out to confirm everything, which I really appreciated.I wasn’t home during the appointment, so Todd took the time to send me before-and-after photos of the carpets. I was very pleased by the results! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and it was clear he takes pride in his work.To top it all off, the price was even better than I expected.
