READ BEFORE HIRING: I hired Quantified Web to set up and manage Google Ads for my e-commerce business. After waiting over a month to onboard, their process included removing my existing server-side tracking setup (LittleData). This required changes across Google services and resulted in unstable tagging/conversion tracking.After more than two weeks of setup and two additional weeks of campaigns running, the account still wasn’t in a reliably working state, yet campaigns remained live. I politely raised concerns about both the tracking and the strategy, as early performance indicators were poor and Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Merchant Center were all flagging issues. After attempting to troubleshoot some of the problems myself and asking Petra to refocus optimization on purchase conversions (instead of time on page), she abruptly ended the engagement. I was then told I would not receive a full refund due to the time they said they had spent attempting to set up the campaigns.Ultimately, I disputed the charge through my credit card issuer and received a full reversal after they reviewed the documentation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this agency. I have more than 20 years of experience working with agencies in corporate environments, and this was the most unprofessional engagement I’ve encountered.
