I grew exponentially throughout the ten workshops and am very satisfied and happy with the results! Bob was right when he said we would make lifelong friends among the participants! The social emphasis, mixed with encouragement to be heartfelt and vulnerable, made a huge difference in class effectiveness, learning, growing, and relationships forming. I didn’t know what to expect when I first came to rebuilders, but what I experienced far exceeded my expectations. I was able to move from being stuck in grief and anger towards acceptance and moving on. I was able to do this by interacting with others who are going through the exact same process. If you’re feeling isolated and alone then do yourself a favor and join a rebuilders group as soon as you can! We get well and stay well together!

I recently finished the 10 week Rebuilders divorce recovery workshop and it was one of the most important experiences of my life. I’m currently in the middle of a painful divorce, and Rebuilders gave me the tools I need to process the loss of my marriage and to move forward. Divorce is never easy, but with the help of Rebuilders I feel like I can see the light at the end of the tunnel and I’m cautiously optimistic about this next new stage of my life.

Rebuilders was an amazing community. It helped me go through the difficult process of healing from my separation/divorce. It provided activities that made me feel part of a larger community and everyone was caring and supportive.
