5 Stars! It was a blessing to work with Joe! We had gotten at least 3 other estimates and we actually went with Rosenow due to their exceptional customer service /presentation during the estimate process. (Even though a little higher) we really felt we would receive what they were selling. Top notch knowledge, they worked with our timeline, a wonderful installation crew, clean-up was amazing, they took care and covered all windows and landscape, got every stray nail, and follow-up inspection afterwards. Highly recommend them for roofing needs, you won’t be disappointed!

Saying Rosenow Customs is an AMAZING company to work with would definitely be a huge understatement. They came to my rescue when I had all but given up hope of someone figuring out how to stop my roof from leaking. Between myself and my grandfather (who I bought the house from 6 years ago) the roof had always been a menace. I know for sure he had it worked on a few times that I can remember, and I also had multiple companies come to work on the roof, with each time being worse than the last. After the last company in November 2022 finished, not only was the flat roof still junk but my asphalt roof was installed wrong and causing even more problems! Fast forward to this year when I finally got a hold of Shane Rosenow and my whole life changed. He inspected the roof, heard my story and he felt absolutely horrible about all that I had gone through with my roof and couldn’t believe the shotty work that people did. He knew with me being a single mother who had just finished cancer treatments, and already paid multiple times to get this done, that there was no way I could afford to get this taken care of the right way, so he did the unthinkable…HE DID IT FOR FREE!!!! His team was over later that week and they got it taken care of in 2 DAYS!!! And when they started digging in, they realized it was even worse than they thought, but they still did it ALL at NO cost to me. I was speechless and crying tears of joy. I have never met such amazing people in my life. Shane, Joe, and the entire team are all wonderful people. They did great work, were friendly and cleaned up after the job better than any other team that has been to my house. If you ever need any work done to your home, I will never recommend anyone other than Rosenow Customs. My family and I will be forever grateful for their hardwork and exceptional standards

I cannot speak from a customer standpoint. Only as an employee. I recently started at Rosenow. A short background, I started in the roofing industry 23 years ago and have been in and out ever since. I thoroughly enjoy working at Rosenow. I actually want to come to work again. I Iove the company culture so to speak. I love the focus on genuinely caring about our customers and taking care of them and their needs. NOT….doing just enough to make customers happy to collect a check as so many companies do. As so many that I have worked for do. Being able to actually say at the end of the that we did our best and actually mean it is an amazing feeling. Shane stopped by and gave us a very detailed quote to have our roof replaced, he was thorough enough that we signed that day to have our roof replaced. 2 weeks later they arrived on time, and had the roof done in 1 day. They did a great job, the clean up was awesome, and attention to detail was much appreciated. Shane was very attentive to our needs, and was in contact every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

we are selling our house and the buyers had a home inspection done. we were told that there was bowing in the roof. Shane came out the next day and worked us into his schedule. After he looked at it he said there was nothing wrong and the roof was sound. Made my day so much as I was stressing over what was wrong. I cant thank him enough for everything he did!

We had our roof and gutters replaced by Rosenow this past week and they did an incredible job!! They worked very efficiently and finished our roof in just one day (and even braved the wind and rain towards the end of it!). Then the next day they did our gutters and I have to say those are pretty great too!! We’ll also be having our siding done by them as well! So thank you Rosenow (Shane, Tanner, and everyone else who we had the pleasure of working with in this process)!
