Unprofessional and lacking accountability. This landscaping company is hired by our HOA. In sum I’ve had multiple issues with them in the past year or so. I’ve invested a lot of time and money on my own terms to maintain my garden area. However- this company and one Haitian employee in particular has screwed up my garden multiple times due to negligence and incompetence. They damaged my garden decor, messed up garden elements I have in place, etc.Eventually we agreed I’d maintain my own area and they’d back off. Mind you I was still paying HOA landscaping fees.. The latest issue I ran into- I will show via photos to paint a picture. The first photo is how my garden looked the morning of incident- recently refreshed as I had worked on it a few days prior. The second is how this company left my garden after they came and worked in the community that day. Ruining my garden and my efforts by pushing all the leaves, twigs and debris right into my area. Whoever did this exactly what they were doing- the surrounding areas were spotless and pristine. I am not the one to play games with. Lastly, this is on management and poor oversight of unintelligent staff. There was never an ounce of recognition for damages or inconveniences caused, nor a professional apology from the company. Red flags!!Note- my community manager was decent and apologetic however this was not his fault. It was the landscaping company’s. Please spare yourself the trouble and find a more trustworthy and professional company.

Really bad service they come when they want and don’t show up for the cuts that they get payed for definitely do not recommend them

I am giving 1 star to be nice. Lack of communication all time. I tries to pay them 3 months in a row and the system would not work. Then i got a message saying they are suspending my services??? They come as they please… my lawn would get so tall its like jurassic park. Not a good experience at all!!!

Have 3 brothers as a new lawn care company,and have been impressed by the extreme quality of work. Just completed my 30 some palm trimming and I am impressed by the work and clean up. This company is top shelf, excellent communication with superb skill set.
