Peyton gave my 2 year olds their first haircut. She was patient and skilled and did a great job. We will be returning for their future cuts as well as for my oldest when he needs one.

We had previously been to Sharkey’s a few times over the last few years. My now 8 year old daughter loved it. However, the last time we went we had a less than stellar experience. She was the last cut of the day and the stylist clearly just wanted to leave and rushed her cut and my daughter left with some very uneven bangs. We did not return after that. Recently I posted in the Richardson Mom’s Facebook group asking for recommendations for stylists for my girls and the owner of Sharkey’s reached out in Messenger offering a free cut if we would try them out. I proceeded to tell her about our last experience and she stated they have done some staff changes and still offered a cut to come back and try it out again. I scheduled for the day of Daddy Daughter Dance so she could have a fresh cut and style for the dance. I told my daughter we would be going to Sharkey’s and she was stoked. This experience was much different and they went above and beyond to make everything a great experience. The stylists were great and my daughter felt like princess with all the pampering. The owner came in to make sure everything was going well and even curled my daughter’s hair for her. They were even running a special for dances that provided a free bow. It was so great to have such wonderful customer service and an owner who really cares about making sure everyone has a good experience. There was also a sweet special needs boy who came in for a cut and they were all so wonderful working together to make sure he was comfortable and his experience was just as positive. We will definitely return now.

This place is not only very timely but also they know how to talk and interact with little kids. Both the stylist for my twin daughters were amazing and patient. I would highly recommend and we will be back !

Fantastic experience! They made my son’s first haircut such a great experience and it looks amazing! We wanted to maintain his curls and she did just that and gave us tips to bring his texture out even more!
