Coastal does a thorough evaluation and provides sensible recommendations for maintaining our heating and air conditioning. I like that Coastal stays focused on heating and A/C and is not adding plumbing to their service offerings. I had been disappointed by previous providers that expanded to plumbing and changed focus to potential sales opportunities rather than service. I appreciate Coastal’s focus on my heating and A/C system and their straight talk to do the best maintenance to keep everything functioning well.

Seth and his son did an incredible job cleaning my 2 AC units. They also found that the installer of one of my units took several installation shortcuts that could have led to a serious problem and they repaired the prior work to bring it up to code. Seth is honest, fastidious, professional and neat! I so appreciated his expertise and willingness to explain to me everything that he was doing and why. I will be using them annually for my AC maintenance. Highly recommend!
