Your sales rep was at my house tonight. He rang my doorbell. After no one answered he proceeded to open my unlocked glass storm door and knocked like he has a warrant. Seriously? To top it off he didn’t even close the door and left it half open. You should teach your sales people not to open peoples front doors. Doesn’t matter if it’s a storm Door or entry door to the home. It’s basically the same thing. I hope your company has a permit to solicit in Schaumburg. I’ll be checking first thing in the morning.

🏆Being a first time homeowner, I didn't know the first thing about finding a contractor to check my roof for damage after my area got hit with a hail storm. Luckily this company employs hard working, dedicated, sharp-eyed, and attentive field representatives like Jacob Oakley. Jacob and his team communicated concisely about the state of my roof, as well as took full reign of communication with my insurance company. Jacob also communicated perfectly how additional options will aid in the drainage of the roof, yet I opt'd for the replacement of the roof and standard items only which the insurance company would cover under the terms of my insurance company. The roofing team of about 8 people that came out arrived just as I was coming home from the gym at 6:10am. I went to work and came home at 5:00pm with only the two quality control foremen making sure everything was as it should be. The quality and craftsmanship of the entire team from start to finish was great and the entire process for me as a homeowner was not complicated and stress free. Thank you to Jacob, the men on the roof, the foreman that made sure things were perfect, the men and women in the office that made the financial magic happen, and the men and women in the office that got the paper work done to push things through. Jacob Okley was there representative he was excelant. I put the roof on 2007 and would never thought There was any damage but, his keen eye cought the damage as he passed by and told me of the damage. sure enough I went on the roof and seen it for my self. he helped with the Insuance company (Allstate) and they ensured the repairs were done with all updates. The roofer were extreemly efficient and completed the reroofing of the garage and house in 1 day. it took me 9 week ends. OUTSTANDING

I had storm damage and they replaced my roof,siding,and gutters.they did a fabulous job and Bill Jew was the main reason I am awarding 5 stars.
