Had an older iMac that needed to work faster but didn't know what to do. I looked at my wallet and I didn't have the funds for a brand new Mac so I started looking at different places online. I needed someone to wipe my laptop and replace some fans, so I contacted a technician with a 5-star rating. He offered a reasonable quote but seemed reluctant to take on the job, responding slowly—often after a day—and failing to show up as promised on Saturday or Sunday. Despite my follow-ups, he ghosted me, leaving me waiting without any communication... It’s poor business practice to make commitments and not follow through. This isn't what I expected from a "5 star" business. I recommend looking elsewhere.
