Joe, is an easy going guy who is extremely knowledgeable regarding computers. I use him predominately to clean out my lap top as I am not computer savvy. When he cleans it he gets my laptop up and running by the next day and is kind enough to deliver it. I highly recommend Joe. He is truly a Tech Addict! Best Regards, Deborah

Joseph is an expert technician. No matter how small or big the task is, he makes the repair. Joseph always returns my calls and comes quickly. He is professional and friendly. As a totalComputer idiot, I really appreciate his expertise and patience with me.

Joseph is great. I had a difficult process because I was using my laptop as a desktop and the screen kept going black. We initially thought it was the monitor so Joseph reset the monitor and that seemed to work well for a short time. I contacted him a day later and he came back and diagnosed the problem as a faulty hub.. I would use Joseph again and I recommend him

I called TechAdict about a damaged power cord on my Sonos Play:5 and expected to bring it in for repair. Instead, they took the time to walk me through how I could fix it myself safely. They didn’t try to upsell or push me into a paid service—just gave clear, honest guidance and made sure I understood the risks and the right way to approach it.That level of integrity and customer-first mindset is rare. I’ll absolutely be coming back to them for future repairs and recommending them to others.

He quickly diagnosed that it needed a new hard drive and even guided me on what to get ahead of time, which made the whole process much easier.Drop-off and pick-up were both smooth and hassle-free. Super professional and efficient from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Had an great 1st experience with TechAdict! When I reached out to him on Monday, a little after opening time, he understood my concerns and immediately began helping me diagnose my potential computer issue over the phone. He helped me save on the diagnostic since I was able to explain the symptoms. He provided me the most likely sources of the issue and helped me narrow down my problem quite a bit. Next time I have a tech issue I can't work on I'll be sure to do business here!

Had an older iMac that needed to work faster but didn't know what to do. I looked at my wallet and I didn't have the funds for a brand new Mac so I started looking at different places online. The first listing I found was TechAdict's! I called him and he answered right away and listened to everything I was complaining about re: my computer. He told me not to worry and knew exactly what I needed. And that's what I needed: someone that knew what plan of action to take. He came by and picked it up and was done one day later! Now my computer runs faster than it ever did, even when I purchased it in 2017.So, if you're looking for some help because your computer is running slow, you MUST reach out to TechAdict and he'll take it from there. And the best prices in town. A few month ago I looked at other places and they simply were not trustworthy and too expensive!! Give this man a call!
