He has great, quality mattresses in all sizes. They all look so comfortable and well taken care of, all of the models look clean, and the cost was amazing! He didn’t try to talk me out of any lower grade mattress I picked. He wasn’t trying to upsell anything. He explained how the mattresses were different and answered all of our questions. We were not rushed at all but we walked out with a full size mattress and base that was in stock ….in under an hour. If you haven’t thought of doing a mattress by appointment … try it…it’s so much better than the department store experience. We walked out confident that we could refer our friends and family to Joe The Mattress Guy!

The appointment is a one on one, yet no pressure, "take as much time as you need" . I took so much time between trying out beds asking questions and finally making a decision. I held Joe up into his next appointment. He was very patient with me without hovering. I appreciated that.

Tried out a variety of different mattress and was able to leave with one that fit my needs. Joe was very polite and made the process easy! Would definitely recommend him at Mattress by Appointment!

Great experience! I have never purchased a mattress and this was a seamless and easy experience. They are extremely flexible with appointments and when you go, you have the entire store to yourself to be able to try out all the different options! Joe is knowledgable and super helpful! The buying process and the scheduling of delivery was easy and the mattress was delivered a few days later. They were great even with my extremely difficult and narrow house and even helped me ensure the old mattress/box spring was able to put out in the trash! Such an easy, stress free experience and I highly recommend :)

Our experience with Joe and Mattress by Appointment was very pleasant and after our first night on our new adjustable split king mattresses, we are so glad we made the purchase! Joe is not only our friendly neighbor, but was a delight to do business with - he was very patient with us as we visited the store multiple times to be sure we selected the right mattress for us, and was not pushy to make a sale. Delivery and set-up was a breeze, at least for us who just had to watch :) , and we couldn't be happier! Waking up without a sore back makes it all worth it!
