I booked the Boys 1st hair cut package for our twin boys. The staff was so great and accommodating. They arranged for them to sit together, play the Xbox’s, and talked them through everything. They cut their hair in the styles each picked out. They let me take pics and keep their very long ponytails in a special bag. Afterwards they took a picture, gave them certificates, and attached a curly lock of their hair. My sons were never nervous or afraid. Great experience!

We've been to this location several times and the clear lake location once but our most recent visit yesterday was particularly notable. My husband has been begging to cut our sons hair himself and I finally gave in. Our son is 2 and on the spectrum so I knew it was going to be a challenge for them both but he was determined. Lots of tears were shed by everyone and a very terrible haircut was given (including a bald spot on the side!) so I made an appointment with Mana literally the next day to have it fixed up. She not only made the experience absolutely amazing for my son and completely fixed his haircut but healed my heart. He didn't fuss at all once she got him settled in to the hair cut. She was so patient at easing him into it knowing what the night before had held for both of us and genuinely made us both feel happy. We left with smiles and a balloon and I'm looking forward to booking with her exclusively again. I can't thank her enough for how wonderful she treated both my son and myself yesterday and I hope the owner knows what a treasure works in the salon.

Excellent customer service, and all the staff are super friendly with the kids. I take my kids to them every month, and they love it here and can't wait to come back. Overall, the ambience is fun for kids. Plus, their pricing on top of that is super affordable as compared to any other provider in the area.
