Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He was also very neatly dressed and clean, which seems unusual in this profession, in my experience. He treated the interior and exterior, taking his time to sweep any spider webs and wasp nests all around the entire house. He was very friendly as well as knowledgeable. Truly, he was a pleasure!

Trisden was the technician for our initial inspection and he was very polite and professional. Our service window was 4:30p-6p and he arrived just before 5pm. He was professional and very knowledgeable with all of my questions and addressed all of my concern. His inspection was thorough and I felt confident after he left that we would be well taken care of. We are new to the Charleston area and it was a very warm and kind welcome to the area, he even gave our dog plenty of scratched and a little treat!

We are very conscious about the chemicals we have inside and outside our home. We saw someone post about REIF and are so glad to know that our home is critter free using all natural ingredients. Kevin Reif is the best! We have been so impressed with him. Highly recommend to anyone looking for pest management. We have used Orkin for the past year and were far from impressed. Brandon was friendly and efficient, as always. We talked about some of the problem areas I’ve been seeing with wasps etc.. I did forget to tell him how hilarious it’s been to watch my husband hit the wasps with a pickle ball paddle, but now I hope this treatment helps with that.
