Was recommended by Home Fires to call Dustin and have him service our gas fire. Called a number of times since 3 August, and sent messages including address etc. Since then have received 2 messages, saying I have not forgotten you, I will call you tommorrow to book you in, we are still waiting.Might be a nice guy, who does good work, but we couldn't comment on that.
