I can’t recommend Brooks highly enough! I bought my first house in February. After the ceiling started leaking in the bedroom, I tracked him down because his company had replaced the roof a couple of years earlier. He came out the very same day, quickly found the source of the leak, identified a few other areas that could have contributed to the problem, and made a temporary repair while it was still raining. True to his word, he came back a few days later to check everything, applied additional sealant, and resolved the issue. He also determined that the leak wasn’t actually caused by the roof itself but by wind-driven rain that had blown something up there sideways, and even offered to return later to complete a permanent seal. Throughout the entire process, Brooks was professional, responsive, honest, and incredibly helpful. He answered all of my questions, even took the time to look at an unrelated issue at my mom’s house, and never charged me a dime. After several disappointing experiences with other service providers since buying my home, it was refreshing to work with someone who genuinely cares about doing the right thing. I’ll absolutely be using him again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy roofer or handyman.
