When I first thought about joining the program, I honestly wasn’t sure if I’d be able to keep up. Part of me worried about getting injured or just not knowing where to start. But those fears disappeared pretty quickly. As I built strength and gained confidence, I realized I was capable of so much more than I expected. One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that consistency really is everything. It’s not about chasing perfection, it’s about showing up. Simple habits like drinking enough water, eating balanced meals, and making time for workouts have added up to big changes.Looking back, the biggest difference I see in myself now is discipline, not just in fitness, but in how I take care of myself overall. I feel stronger, healthier, and my mindset has completely shifted. I’ve learned to embrace challenges instead of avoiding them, and that’s spilled over into other parts of my life too. Even my family has started eating better, which makes this feel like more than just my journey. What kept me going was how the program was structured around me. Coach Nat set goals that felt achievable and always gave me the right push during sessions. The workouts are challenging, but also fun, and I can actually see and feel the progress. That’s what makes me want to keep showing up.To anyone who feels stuck or unsure about starting, I’d say: it’s normal to feel that way. But you don’t need to have it all figured out on day one. Just start. Take the first step, no matter how small, and let the progress build from there. That’s exactly how I got here, and I’m so glad I did.
