Stephen is one of the best people out there. He has brought me back from not having a strong shoulder which was causing non stop pain for years to literally pain free. While I had set backs, we are working through this and Stephen and I joke about the different amount of weights I can now carry without dropping and also zero strain. Would Highly recommend Stephen. Went to Stephen with a long standing injury which would flair up ever now and again in my back. I have visited other Physio’s before and had exercises given to me, but Stephen took the time to listen to what I was saying, explaining everything in detail about why it could be happening. After he had explained everything we did some work and I was given exercises which he sent me in an app so I could remember them and link in with him throughout! The relief within such a short space was amazing! Would highly recommend a visit if your in pain!!
