These guys (Riley + Zach) are WONDERFUL. I have had 2 plumbers (ALL DRAIN SPECIALISTS) in the last 6 months to unblock a shower drain n each time they are done in 20 mins and charging a lot. Which would be fine if the drain was unblocked. These guys actually came inside and saw the problem, fixed the problem and tested everything to make sure the problem was gone. The amount of muck Riley pulled out, no wonder the drain was blocked, n it's from years of blockage.I called the night before and because of urgency of the situation, they moved things around to fit me in the next day.If anyone has drain blockage issues, SAVE YOUR MONEY and go straight to Sureflow. RECOMMEND RECOMMEND RECOMMEND

2nd time we've used Sureflow. Again, absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. In both instances its been an emergency, 1st time blocked pipes and overflowing drains and this time a leaking water mains, out of hours. John was prompt, polite, and his workmanship was top notch. He advised us of what needed done and took photos so we fully understood the issue and the repair. Fantastic plumber, don't hesitate to call Sureflow if you need someone.

We have used a few plumbers over the years and all have been great, but Sureflow Plumbing & Gas genuinely stand out. From the moment I called, the team was friendly, professional, and easy to deal with — they listened to my problem, explained exactly what needed to be done, and gave me a clear, fair quote with no hidden surprises.The tradesman who came out was highly skilled and clearly knew his craft. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean and tidy, and took the time to walk me through what options we had for replacing our water heater and again what he'd done and what I needed to do to operate the water heater once the job was complete. You could tell he genuinely takes pride in his work.On top of all that, the pricing was very reasonable — excellent quality for the cost. Amazing Service ! Had a water leak in the kitchen pipe and couldnt locate the water main to turn it off. Rang John and he came urgently within half an hour. Super friendly, helpful and wonderful communication. Fixed the problem on the spot, and did a full inspection of which he found more pipes that could have caused damage and fixed within the hour. Exceptional service, and truely saved the day from my house flooding . Highly recommendation. Thankyou !
