Harry and Stelios were great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They helped me reinstall Windows on my laptop and set up a new email system for the company.I especially appreciated that they were able to come on-site, as I wasn't comfortable handling everything through remote access. They were patient, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process much easier.Great service and a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend them!

Im not a technical person, but he explained everything with patience and simple words.He answered all my questions and gave me not only his professional answers,but most important the solutions that fit for my problems. S&L IT Consultants are absolute lifesavers! Our office network completely crashed right before a huge deadline and I was totally panicking, but they responded super fast and jumped right on it. They explained the fix in plain words without trying to upsell us on things we didn't need, and they even secured our backups so we are good moving forward. It is so hard to find an IT team that is this reliable, fast, and genuinely nice to work with. If you run a business in Astoria, do yourself a favor and keep them on speed dial!
