I had an excellent experience at Prime IV Hydration & Wellness. From the moment I arrived, the staff made the entire IV drip process feel comfortable, professional, and genuinely personalized. The nurse carefully explained the ingredients in my IV therapy, checked in throughout the session, and made sure the drip rate was comfortable instead of rushing the treatment.The gravity chair was incredibly relaxing and made a huge difference during the session — comfortable, supportive, and perfect for unwinding while receiving the IV. I also appreciated how attentive the staff was during the entire appointment, especially with monitoring hydration flow, adjusting blankets/pillows, and making sure I was feeling good before I left.What stood out most was how knowledgeable and detail-oriented the team was. They created a calm environment while still being very efficient and professional. I left feeling noticeably more refreshed, hydrated, and energized. Highly recommend Prime IV if you’re looking for high-quality IV therapy with exceptional customer care.

It’s my first time coming to prime IV and I honestly had such a great experience. The place is super clean, cozy, and relaxing, and the massage chair made me relaxed in session rather than bored.Mark was AMAZING from the second I walked in. He made the whole process feel so easy and comfortable. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about all the vitamins, aminos, and IV options, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense.Also, he got my IV in on the first try with zero pain, which never happens for me. Usually people struggle with my veins, so I was seriously impressed. Beyond that, he’s just genuinely kind and caring and has such great bedside manner. You can tell he really cares about his patients and loves what he does.Overall just such a good experience and I’ll definitely be coming back for monthly drips!
