Called in the morning and got me in the same day. My dent was on a body line so not in the easiest spot to repair. Chase used a glue pull method and didn't have to drill the car. After pulling the dent he patiently and lightly tapped it back into place. Took his time and end result is like it never happened with no drilling and no damage to paint. Clean modern shop and up to date on latest methods.Very satisfied, fair priced and honest and top shelf experience.I was back at DDR last week. Someone or something (maybe a runaway shopping cart) had caused three bad dents on the Equinox Chase had repaired a couple of months ago. This time it was on the deck lid. Chase did such a good job last time so there was nothing to think about. Called him on a Friday morning and he told me to bring it in that afternoon. Got it to him at 2 pm. These dents were pretty serious so had to leave it. Called me Sunday morning to pick it up. So in less than 48 hours he had it done - besides perfectly removing the three dents he had to paint the deck lid because the worst dent was a large deep crease and damaged the paint; he perfectly matched and blended the paint. Chase is very accommodating and does excellent work at a very reasonable price with a quick turnaround. Totally satisfied and highly recommend.
