Very helpful from start to finish. Kirsty, who explained everything about what would happen and costs prior to survey was excellent. Even arranging for a quick survey visit to fit my shift pattern. And as a bonus told me about United Utilities scheme where by they may contribute up to £550 towards lead pipe replacement, and she provided me the link to start the application. Survey visit was very clear. Explained how and where the replacement pipe would be fitted due to make up of house. Then finally the two lads who did the job. They did an excellent job of getting new pipe into house with no damage to tiled floor in kitchen as was a worry before job started. They left all the work areas clean and tidy.
