This clinic is under new management from last year end. Dr. O is highly recommendable, professional yet friendly. He cares about his patients and his practice. I have been there twice and had a better experience in terms of considerably lower waiting times and good consultation. Absolutely Terrible Experience – Avoid This Clinic!If I could give zero stars, I would. I visited this clinic at 7:20 PM for an urgent injury, only to be told that the doctor was already with patients—even though the clinic was empty. While searching for another clinic, I was shocked to see the doctor casually walk out at 7:30 PM, despite the staff claiming he had 10 patients. What a blatant way to deceive people!The closing time is supposed to be 8 PM, yet they clearly leave early instead of helping patients in need. This is beyond unprofessional.This wasn’t my first bad experience here. I previously visited the clinic to register with a family doctor. They did nothing more than a basic blood pressure check, took an hour for it, and then told me I’d have to come back another time for the actual process—because they “didn’t have the forms.” I visited three times and called multiple times, yet the results were always the same.They advertise “new management” and “family doctors available,” but it’s all just a gimmick. Nothing has improved—it’s the same terrible service with a new excuse. Don’t waste your time here. Less
