During a visit to one of the dentists, a dental instrument was left inside my tooth. Despite taking several X-rays, the dentist failed to notice it or inform me about it. I only found out during a visit to another specialist. The total cost of treatment and removing the instrument was huge; communication was difficult, and they demanded an invoice from me. After I submitted it, I was eventually reimbursed—after quite a long time—only for the treatment of the specific tooth where the instrument had been left. Both my son and I were patients at this clinic; after the incident, when I asked to switch dentists, I was told it would be done—but it never happened. To this day, neither I nor my child has been assigned a new dentist, even though nearly a year has passed. I was told my son would be seen if he developed pain, but that didn't happen either; instead, I was told to call 111. I know the practice was registering new patients during this time, yet they still couldn't find one for us. It wasn't my fault the dentist left an instrument in my tooth, yet I feel like the clinic treats me as if it were my fault. I do NOT recommend them!

I have been thoroughly impressed since reaching out to the Practice recently in an emergency due to tooth pain. This was my first experience with them and I have been blown away by their care, and professionalism to go above and beyond with the level of service they provide. Dr Uma & Lauren have restored my faith that a Dentist trip can be a positive experience and have been fantastic and I feel like they genuinely care. Merry Christmas to you all!

I've been coming to Kempston Dental Practice for quite a number of years, I'm the first to admit I'm a nervous patient, but honestly for the last couple of years I have felt in safe hands. The Practice has now put together a fantastic team of Dentists and front of house team. Everyone is so welcoming and professional. I still go into visits nervous but honestly the nerves are soon put to one side with the personal care and understanding I receive. I would definately recommend this practice as the place to go for all your dental needs " service with a smile????absolutely 100% from me"

From arriving to leaving on each visit the staff at Kempston Dental Practice have always been brilliant! My children love Dr Uma and hers assistant Kathryn, we have been coming to this practice for years. Dr Uma always explains everything she's going to do and she always make sure my children are comfortable throughout. I highly recommend this practice!
