I can't say enough good things about Bryan (The AC Guy) and his team. Bryan is VERY professional and timely. We had AC trouble during one of the hottest weeks of the year this last week. Bryan came out and was able to diagnose the issue, and gave several recomendations in order to fix the problem. We rent our home so getting an accurate quote back to the landlord was imperitive. Bryan was quick to communicate and answer any questions we had. Initially the Landlord had requested a New AC Unit per Bryans estimate. The Landlord also thought it to be wise to install a New Furnace at the same time, in order to avoid potential future costly repairs. Bryan gave his honest opinion about the furnace work at the same time and was able to give an updated estimate within just a few minutes. Bryans initial estimate was given on Monday morning and work was complete by Wednesday Afternoon of the Same week. All said and done, we are sitting comfortable with an upgraded AC unit, repaired and re-routed duct work, and a new furnace all with a 1 year labor Warranty and 10 year Manufacturs Warranty. Highly, highly recommended! I have a little bit of a story so keep reading if interested why I really like Bryan and what he did for us. Our house was built in 1986 and still has the original furnace and AC. The furnace died on Christmas Eve. Good thing these old houses have good fireplaces! The furnace can't be replaced without the AC being replaced and that's an investment. I thought the AC had one summer left in service and that's what I told three other AC people with great reviews. They all said it's not possible. Bryan really went above and beyond to find the part and make the AC work one more summer. And after the last hot weekend he actually followed up to make sure it was working! Come October guess who is replacing the whole system?!
