Worst experience ever. I went to get a HydraFacial and left with the most traumatized skin I’ve ever had. I went to get the “Premium HydraFacial” since when I arrived to get my Standard HydraFacial they canceled it right there since the person that was going to treat me didn’t arrived so they “upgraded” me to the premium, with the price of a standard. I received the most aggressive and painful deep cleaning I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty. Received an involuntary peeling while the HydraFacial machine was getting fixed. I say “involuntary” because the aesthetician didn’t speak any English at all so by the time I understood what she was saying she had already applied the peeling to me skin. After the hydra facial machine was fixed, I only received the treatment I went for for like 10 seconds on my cheeks. That’s all. No blue+red light or calming cream or a mask or anything you would expect in a hydra facial. Or a little neck massage, like most “Premium” HydraFacials. I ended up paying $200 for those 20 seconds of the actual Hydro facial, and $100 for a deep cleaning and peeling that I did not want to be begin with. I left with the most traumatized and swollen and red skin I’ve ever had. My skin still hurts after more than five hours later. Do not recommend at all! I am never ever going back again, even if I’m paid. If you’re looking for a hydra facial, DO NOT GO HERE! There are way better places to get a Hydra facial for the same price.

However, I was suppose to have the “Premium HydraFacial” because when I had my Standard HydraFacial they had to cancel it on arrival because the person didn’t show up, for the price of the standard HydraFacial. While I was been treated I was told that I needed a deep cleansing, so I accepted. Usually on the HydraFacial they also do a deep cleansing if you want it and if the time allows it. Then I received a Peeling out of nowhere while the HydraFacial machine got fixed. It must be said that the lady that was treating me didn’t speak English at all so I had to guess what she was saying the whole time. And she had already put the peeling on my face before I figured out what she was saying. After the machine was fixed I finally had the HydraFacial but only on my cheeks for like 10 seconds each. Which I was charge 200dlls for and 100dlls for the peeling+deep cleansing. I had no red+blue lights or calming cream or a mask or anything you usually get in a Standard HydraFacial. Just the very aggressive deep cleansing, the 20 minutes of waiting while they fixed the machine and the 20seconds of actual HydraFacial. So I ended up paying 300 dlls for a traumatized skin and swollen and red face. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Won’t be going back ever ever again , even if payed. If you are looking for a HydraFacial there are other places way better than this one for the same price.
