Worst experience ever. I went to get a HydraFacial and left with the most traumatized skin I’ve ever had. I went to get the “Premium HydraFacial” since when I arrived to get my Standard HydraFacial they canceled it right there since the person that was going to treat me didn’t arrived so they “upgraded” me to the premium, with the price of a standard. I received the most aggressive and painful deep cleaning I’ve ever had, and I’ve had plenty. Received an involuntary peeling while the HydraFacial machine was getting fixed. I say “involuntary” because the aesthetician didn’t speak any English at all so by the time I understood what she was saying she had already applied the peeling to me skin. After the hydra facial machine was fixed, I only received the treatment I went for for like 10 seconds on my cheeks. That’s all. No blue+red light or calming cream or a mask or anything you would expect in a hydra facial. Or a little neck massage, like most “Premium” HydraFacials. I ended up paying $200 for those 20 seconds of the actual Hydro facial, and $100 for a deep cleaning and peeling that I did not want to be begin with. I left with the most traumatized and swollen and red skin I’ve ever had. My skin still hurts after more than five hours later. Do not recommend at all! I am never ever going back again, even if I’m paid. If you’re looking for a hydra facial, DO NOT GO HERE! There are way better places to get a Hydra facial for the same price. Less

While I was been treated I was told that I needed a deep cleansing, so I accepted. Usually on the HydraFacial they also do a deep cleansing if you want it and if the time allows it. Then I received a Peeling out of nowhere while the HydraFacial machine got fixed. It must be said that the lady that was treating me didn’t speak English at all so I had to guess what she was saying the whole time. And she had already put the peeling on my face before I figured out what she was saying. After the machine was fixed I finally had the HydraFacial but only on my cheeks for like 10 seconds each. Which I was charge 200dlls for and 100dlls for the peeling+deep cleansing. I had no red+blue lights or calming cream or a mask or anything you usually get in a Standard HydraFacial. Just the very aggressive deep cleansing, the 20 minutes of waiting while they fixed the machine and the 20seconds of actual HydraFacial. So I ended up paying 300 dlls for a traumatized skin and swollen and red face. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Won’t be going back ever ever again , even if payed. Absolutely nothing. Mind you I was not the only one waiting there, there was another client waiting since 5pm as well. By the time I got a email it was about 7ish and told me they would offer me discount and would make sure my appointment was there priority, I was upset about it but they did give me the explanation why that happened. So i replied and said I would love to be seen on march 10th since I can’t come sooner since i have to work with my husbands schedule and need to find a sitter. TELL ME WHY THEY DECIDED TO NEVER REPLY TO ME AGAIN, I HAVE ALL THE PROOF OF ME DOUBLE TEXTING THEM ON MESSAGER AND EMAILS. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY BUT continue to post their content and have absolutely ignored any communication IM trying to make with them. Super disappointed on how they handled this I was on time for my appointment on feb 24 waited 1:45 hours to be seen and for them to give me nothing but just ignore my messages trying to reschedule with themI will definitely give it it’s true 5 stars I know this place deserves but not even replying when I am trying to get rescheduled is upsetting. I asked her about pricing because I thought why would I have to pay pull price for a mistake that wasn’t mine. After asking about price she told me it would cost $399. I understand the price but I don’t understand how a previous client who had a good time coming to you would have to pay for a mistake that she didn’t do. I don’t understand having to pay $400 when my lips should have been done right the first time. I got lip injections to help me be more confident and instead I feel worse and even more insecure and uncomfortable. I talked back and forth with this girl only for her to stop responding to me. I wish it didn’t come to me leaving a bad review but I was so excited to do this and it help me with my smile and now I feel my money was not given to the right company. Surely we could have worked this out and avoided this but I’m truly disappointed they don’t have their clients best interest at heart.
