Great response time and the technician even went above and beyond to find out if our system was still under warranty—much to our surprise, it was! This was not our first time using Glanz & Buffat and we will continue to rely on them for any future needs due to the exceptional customer service.

I am glad that I was referred here. I had put off routine maintenance of my two HVAC units for too long and honestly, I am getting too old to crawl/climb around to simply change the filters. Their technician Kelly arrived on time and was very professional. Inside of a couple of minutes he had identified and rectified a venting issue. He shared information easily. He proceeded to service both units and took down thorough records for future maintenance visits. I was so impressed with his service that I signed up for their maintenance program (which I have never done with any one and avoided like a plague) Pricing was very reasonable.

Had to have a new boiler installed in our 100 year old house that we recently purchased. We’ve owned multiple houses over the years but never one with radiators and a boiler. These guys were honest and reliable from our first introduction and explained every detail from installation to how to operate the system when they finished. They were also very courteous of our home by spreading drop cloths thru the house in route to the basement so as to protect our floors. When finished they cleaned up their work and left things even nicer than when they started. HIGHLY recommend!

Clint and Troy replaced my exterior unit, and interior coil. Clean around the house, no damage to the landscaping, great workers. Even leveled out my furnace and removed rusted areas when they didn’t have to. Will call Glanz Buffat again in the future!
