Highly highly recommend. This is an awesome gym with an amazing community. The workouts are very well balanced across upper/lower body, core, and metabolic conditioning. The coaches are all wonderful and very knowledgeable in proper form and technique. They pay attention to each person and make sure to (kindly) offer assistance or tips to avoid injury. I’ve learned a ton, built strength, and gained an awesome community and great friends! I’m stronger, healthier and happier because of this place!

The end of December will be 6 months since starting my journey with FBBC North Bethesda! I love going to the classes in the mornings, feel a great connection with the others that join me, have made friends, and feel a strong community in helping me to reach all my goals that I strive for! The experience as a whole is awesome and has greatly affected me in a positive way! I love the community and how it helps everyone to grow to feel the best they possibly can.

Went to my first class yesterday, June 28th, and it was amazing. My instructor was Josh, I hope I got his name right, he was great! Walked me through their process and was very welcoming, even partnered me up with a wonderful lady who had been a long time member. I’ll be going to my next class Wednesday which I’m really looking fwd to!

EVERYTHING! seriously! best decision I made last year to join this studio! A year later I am a brand new person, not only physically but mentally. It is truly a unique place that offers just so much more than a gym. It is a family, one that truly cares for everyone’s well being. I count my blessings to have found NBFBBC!

This boot camp is for everyone that needs self confidence which gives you the the ability to do it at your own pace. But you have our coaches to push you and guide you. This place is fun and everyday you meet someone new and that motivates you. This boot camp also addresses your fitness goals regardless of your activities. I really grew to enjoy the workout and look forward to my 5:15 am class everyday. Finally the beautiful sunrise wakes you up and makes it a pleasant day.

Working out has become much more enjoyable for me! I attend the morning sessions and always walk out feeling re-energized, freshly motivated and accomplished. Wendy was so welcoming from the first day I stepped into orientation, and continues to be a great source of motivation and inspiration! Thanks to the coaches and members of this studio, I never feel intimidated to try something new!
