Cooper, the service and repair man who came to our home and serviced our furnace did an inspection and found out that we needed a new blower motor for our furnace. He informed us that he would have to return in the morning with a new one. He said he would be here at 8:00 am, and sure enough he was here as promised. He went right to work on our furnace and in less than an hour, we were back up and running. When he was finished, he cleaned up the whole area around where he had been working. He also gave us important preventative maintenance that we could do in order to keep our furnace working in tip top condition. We will be recommending Cooper and Iron Mountain heating and air to all of our family and friends. We will be informing our business associates of the professional service and respect we received. Highly recommend! Iron mountain came out to my Condo in Reno, NV and did a fabulous job on the service! The appt was made quickly and my tech arrived on time, and he took the time to explain to me why my furnace was acting the way it was. He did a great service and my furnace is running good as new!I appreciated Coopers straightforward approach, ability to give me a quick repair, and his honesty in letting me know that I should start preparing for a full replacement in the future. As a single woman I often feel people are trying to upsell me into something I don’t need quite yet, and I never felt that way once with the information that was given to me and the service plan we now have in place.Overall, Iron Mountain is amazing and I’m so glad I found them!

Had a furnace failure that needed knowledgeable person to check out. Called Iron mountain at 8:00AM and he arrived at 11:00AM with the needed parts to fix the problem. Everything is working again as it should. I will not hesitate to call again for any and all of my HVAC needs.
