Bard found the logical source which allowed us to move forward with the repair.Following up. The landlord, based on Brad findings, fixed the water leak! It was very easy to schedule an appointment and Brad our technician communicated his arrival in advance and arrived without delay, in fact he managed to be a little early. He was very thorough and afterwards explained his findings and actions during the visit.
