Healthy food meets light, unobtrusive decor meets cafeteria: Holbox is a place that ticks a lot of boxes. The menu is not big, yet varied enough and changes during the day: breakfast and brunch until 12:30 and bowls and tapas for the rest of the day. The service is polite and fast, the decor is light and pleasant and most importantly, the food is great; perfectly seasoned and reasonably priced. esta mañana hemos ido de brunch y nos han atendido dos chicos súper majos muy bien. hubiese estado genial que hubiesen tenido más apoyo y con más miembros del equipo para ayudarles, ya que siendo solo dos era muy difícil atender a todo el mundo y aún siendo solo ellos dos lo han hecho estupendamente!!
