Royal Fitness has a “small gym” feel with nice, welcoming staff, but has the same equipment as the big gyms, and even better classes with awesome instructors. I’ve worked with a couple of trainers over the past 6 months, and both were great! I’m currently working with Chris and he provides great instruction with just the right amount of push!

Royal fitness has it all ! Fun classes, a swimming pool, and a personable staff. I love working out at Royal because they care about your progress and make getting healthy very easy. Would recommend this club to everyone in the barrington area.
