HealthSpan is exactly what I’ve been looking for since moving to Miami three years ago. The facility inside the Four Seasons is beautiful, with top-of-the-line equipment and an incredible range of services, including a state-of-the-art hyperbaric oxygen chambers, PEMF, IV therapy, infrared sauna, cold plunge, cryotherapy and compression services. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. I signed up for a monthly membership on my very first visit. Whether you’re supporting your recovery from an illness or procedure, or simply looking to elevate your wellness game, this is the place to be.

A seriously lovely experience. I tried the hyperbaric chamber and initially thought, “Well, that was relaxing. Let’s see.” Then the next day happened….I have not slept better, worked out harder, or felt this good in years. Years. Obviously, that is just my experience after one session, and I can’t say exactly what caused what. But the difference was significant.The staff here are exceptional. Daria in particular was warm, attentive, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. And then there’s Matt, the owner, who is humble and responsive. He answers messages lickety-split, and you know this is a busy man. That level of care is infectious.The facility itself is beautifully designed and comprehensive. They offer such a wide range of wellness services that if you’re really looking for one place where you can explore several different treatments and interventions, this is absolutely worth it.

I had such an incredible experience at Healthspan! My girlfriend brought me here while I was visiting Miami, and from the moment I arrived, everyone was so gracious and welcoming.It was my first time trying hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and I felt absolutely amazing afterward — refreshed and energized. Laia was wonderful, so sweet and attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience.I also loved trying the cold plunge, sauna and PEMF therapy. Matt was incredibly gracious and welcoming as well. The entire team made the experience feel special.I’ll absolutely be back when I’m in Miami. Highly recommend Healthspan!
