We had a hands on instructor who was very knowledgeable of the laws and rules for conceal carry. Keanu was also very helpful during the shooting portion of the class. I would recommend this class and this instructor for any beginners looking to get their conceal and carry liscense.

The CC class I recently attended with Buckshot Academy was EXCELLENT. The instructor David Keanu Yanez was very knowledgeable. He explained in detail all of the laws and took the time to answer the many questions that arose during the class. The class continued on the range for the required “live fire” portion. The instructor helped with weapon hand positioning and made additional suggestions for increased accuracy. The entire class was conducted very professionally and he took care of the entire paperwork process. I highly recommend Buckshot Academy for both first time CC applicants and for those who wish to renew their CC permits.

Keanu is an excellent teacher. Having been a range coach in the Marines, you know you are in good hands. It was my first time shooting, and he couldn’t have made me feel more comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to learn how to safely operate firearms.
