Awesome experience with Executive Medical! Making my appointment was easy, I made the request online and quickly got a confirmation of my appointment time. The day of my appointment I actually got there late due to traffic, but the staff is so nice and welcoming. Natalie gave me an assessment of my skin and I asked her for her recommendations. She recommended that I try microneedling in addition to Botox and even said she had the time to do it for me that day. She thoroughly explained the process, expectations and aftercare. She is so kind and open to all my questions. During both procedures, she told me what she was doing and kept making sure I was comfortable throughout. I’m so happy with my experience and can’t wait until everything settles and see my results. Natalie is very knowledgeable and gentle in her work and demeanor, it’s clear she cares for her patients. After my appointment she texted me the aftercare instructions and let me know how to reach her in case I had questions or concerns. All the staff were so friendly and clearly enjoy working there. It was my first time going to a med spa to inquire about Botox/Dysport. My husband got me a gift certificate to use, so I was excited to pay them a visit. The woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly and she remembered when my husband went in to get me my certificate which I thought was so cute that she remembered! The med spa was very clean as well. The NP that did my dysport injections was awesome. She went over my options with me and gave me a rundown of the options I had and which one she thought I would love. We went over a few options with regard to the amount of units she thought I would benefit from. I trusted her judgement! The way she treated me was so inviting and made the experience fun! She had such a light hand and I hardly felt the injections. She was genuinely excited for me, it was so sweet! She let me know how often I should pay them a visit and how soon after the injections I should expect to see results. I'm already telling my mom and sisters about this place! That's how happy I am having gone here for my first experience!

my first appointment at Executive medical. Iwas a little nervous, my regularBotox NP, is no longer in the area.The office was very clean well set up, very friendly check in. When I was put in a room for service Daniela, completely put me at ease. We reviewed my needs Daniela made some suggestions. We also reviewed my budget, very important She was very upfront and put together a plan, I got 30 units, stayed in my budget and I couldn't be happier. Daniela is very professional. I felt very little discomfort.I'm happy with my results and already booked my next appointment.PS:my only suggestion; the building does not have a directory when u enter.
