Before joining VitalSpark, I spent so much time feeling like a failure, doing everything “right” but seeing little to no results.In just a few months, Coach Liv helped me get my body responding again. I've repaired my metabolism, increased my calories from 1,200–1,400 to 1,600–2,000 per day, and still lost 5 pounds, 2 inches off my waist, and 1 inch off my hips. I'm eating more, exercising less, and seeing better results than ever.Beyond the physical changes, I've learned so much about balancing blood sugar, healing my gut, and caring for my body in a sustainable way. I've been so pleased with my progress that I signed up for a full year to continue working with Coach Liv and learning how to best support my health.As a single woman, feeling safe, strong, and confident in my body is incredibly important to me. This program is helping me do exactly that, and I'm excited to see where the next year takes me.
