I'd like to share my fitness journey in progress under the coaching of Josh Roth. To say that Josh is dedicated to his students is an understatement by far. I started my journey, April 09, 2025 at 340 lbs, struggling with mental health and physical problems. Josh began coaching me in all aspects of my life including mental attitude, love for movement, diet planning, and exercise. He coached me with great inspiration and continues to this day to check in every single day, with tips and tricks of the trade. Josh is an outstanding leader, coach, teammate, and friend to all those he coaches and I'm blessed to have him in my corner. I would recommend him and all of his programs, as you will not find the type of amazing custom coaching/training anywhere. Thank you @Josh Roth and everyone in the Kinetix family for already helping me lose 115 lbs!

You will never meet a friendlier group of trained killers, they're always extremely patient and helpful. I was certainly self conscious when I first started but it is not a judgmental environment at all. Everyone is simply trying to better themselves.

I first walked into Kinetix Combat Sports 6 years ago when my kids started training there after being bullied in school, after just a short time they not only had the ability to deal with with the bullying but they also had the confidence. Six months after the kids started I also started training, getting off couch and on the mats was one of the best decisions I've ever made. I have visited many gyms over the years and can tell you the training partners and level of instruction at this gym are second to none. If you're looking for great self defense, wanting to get in better shape, or just finding the coolest hobby you'll ever be invlolved with then Kinetix Combat Sports & Fitness is the place for you.

Great competitors and coaches. Always game to compete when we throw competitions in Buffalo. Friendly and likable coaches. Kids team has some of the best youth grapplers in the area on it. If your are in the Southerntier of New York any other choice is wrong.

My son trains here and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Beyond the vast knowledge of the art, all the instructors are great at connecting with the young kids making learning fun. My son can't wait to get back every week. Highly recommended.
