I first walked into Kinetix Combat Sports 6 years ago when my kids started training there after being bullied in school, after just a short time they not only had the ability to deal with with the bullying but they also had the confidence. Six months after the kids started I also started training, getting off couch and on the mats was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Great place to train BJJ! A variety of instructors, adding different styles to their take on a core curriculum. The students represent a variety of skill levels from white belt through brown belt (with 2 black belt instructors). BJJ is a great way to get in shape while learning a skill! Less
