This translated into us getting a range of proposals to consider. The communication along the way was great. We got great answers to all our questions. And when it comes to the installation, we couldn’t be happier. The workmanship is top quality. And despite our challenging roof angle the team remained cheerful throughout. Our new panels and battery system is working really well. The Ruff brothers really know what they are doing!

The team from Solargain Bendigo were fantastic to deal with. We were looking to take advantage of the government rebates on offer and expand our solar system and install a 20Kwh battery. Nate explained everything in regards to installing a new solar system on our house and put together a proposal for an IStore system. After doing a couple of comparisons, we decided to accept Nate's proposal and have the IStore system installed. Caleb then followed through with organising the install and paperwork. Jordan, Jake and Caleb were excellent and took a lot of pride in their work.They were prompt and professional from the start of the install to the finish, leaving the site clean and tidy at the end of the day. I really appreciated the way they spent the time to answer my questions and explain everything throughout the whole process. Caleb found a window for us in their work schedule and was able to fit in our solar installation within 3 weeks of my enquiry and we were up and running just like that. I would highly recommend Nate and the team from Solargain Bendigo to anyone looking to have a solar system installed. It was great to deal with and support a local company offering such a great and professional service. We are already seeing savings on our electricity and are currently around 97% self sufficient. Nate and the team were also able to help us out with a new IStore Heatpump for our hot water, as our old gas hot water unit had just died. Great service, great value and great installers. Ive installed a heatpump, solar panels and battery. The installations were very professional. The certification inspector even commented that these installations were very high quality and some of the best he had seen.
