I have been under the care of Physio Jonathan for my knee pain. After my knee injection, I still had frequent flare ups in my knee. Initially he helped to manage the pain through ultrasound and radiofrequency therapy. He also helped with muscular stimulation as I was unable to activate my muscles properly. When my pain was better managed, I did exercises during the sessions to help with the strengthening of muscles. After 4 months of physio, my condition is much better. Thanks to Physio Jonathan and also to Esther who helped me with the scheduling of appointments!

I have been under the care of Jonathan for left foot chopart injury since Sep 2025. He is a very nice & professional physiotherapist. My leg was initially very pain & swollen. I am thankful that I am not required to go for surgery. With the help of personalise treatment plans using ultrasound, heat therapy & exercises, i have now recovered and able to walk normally. The service staff is also very helfpul as making appointment is so hassle free and an easy process. Thanks for taking care of me during this recovery journey! I had a spinal injury and was experiences lower back pain and back muscles stiffness. I had tried a few physiotherapy sessions with other centre but the experiences were not pleasant.I was quite desperate at that point of time and as I was frantically searching for the right therapist for my condition, I happened to chance upon Jonathan’s clinic.After reading through his expertise in spinal rehabilitation as well as the positive reviews I decided to give his centre a try.I have experienced positive results after the first few sessions as Johnathan is very professional, and his treatment plan was personalized to my needs. Each session combined hands-on therapy with stretching, strengthening exercises and machine treatment that targeted my specific problem area. By the fourth session, I no longer experience stiffness on my back. I felt more flexible, stronger and able to gradually get back to my regular activity. I started my sessions in June for a grade 3 PCL tear and was recommended to On Point Therapy. As it was my first time going for physiotherapy, I didn’t know what to expect, but the team patiently guided me through the dos and don’ts and prepared me for the road to recovery.The no-frills clinic is well equipped with technology such as ultrasound and radio frequency machine that really sped up my recovery & eased the pain around my knee. Physio Jonathan also took time to understand what were the equipment accessible to me outside of physio sessions so i could also strengthen up before the next visit. This meant that we could adjust the intensity of the activity & weights accordingly every session for a more personalised treatment plan. After experiencing a misdiagnosis and treatment plans that made my injury worse, im very cautious about my care - and it makes me extra grateful to have found a clinic I can trust with my recovery.

I went to Physio Jonathan due to a shoulder pain. He is patient and gentle is his approach. During the sessions, he explained patiently and quite thoroughly on the condition of my shoulder. And he assured me he is able to help me with physiotherapy. He adjusted and massaged my shoulder on some sessions, and also used ultrasound and radiofrequency to treat my shoulder which recovered quickly. The exercises that he recommended are simple but effective. I am always reminded not to overextend the exercises and to give ample rest to the injured shoulder between exercises. I am impressed with Physio Jonathan and will recommend him.

Jonathan at On Point Physiotherapy is the best physiotherapist I’ve ever worked with. He’s knowledgeable, very direct, and brings a great sense of humor to every session. In just a short time, he improved my shoulder pain from a partially torn rotator cuff far beyond what I thought possible. Highly recommended!
