We have had a very positive experience with this team since getting hearing aids for my mother last year. They have always been extremely responsive and have got back to us promptly whenever we have had any questions or problems.Everyone we have interacted with has been patient and helpful, and they have always tried to accommodate us even when they are busy. Most recently, we had some difficulty with cleaning the hearing aids and adjusting the volume. Meghana responded the same day and very patiently explained the cleaning process and the settings to us.We have been very happy with both the hearing aids and the support we have received. Highly recommended.

Imthiyas gave my father his hearing air. It has worked perfectly since. He has supplied videos for daily maintenance. He is always responsive on WhatsApp if there is any issues. He is always polite and pleasant. Great product, maintenance and customer service. Would definitely recommend.
